Latest 3 months bank statements 6. Loan information on other real estate owned 7. Check for Credit Report ($8 single- $16 married) 8. Social security numbers 9. Copy of Drivers License or photo ID other items may be requested after loan in process!

2.Can I get "Pre-Qualified" before finding the house? |

YES, Your Seller, Real Estate Agent and us prefeer you get pre-qualified before you go house hunting. This way you know exactly what you can qualify for and this makes it easier for all parties involved. You can get a better idea on closing cost and down payment requirements also. This way you can show Seller that you are serious and ready to close quickly. |

3. How do I pay Fidelity Mortgage Loans, Inc.? |

Excellent question! We get paid either by you the customer or by the lender or a combination thereof. Each loan program offers different fees and rate packages. Best to get a Good Faith Estimate up front whether you choose us or another mortgage broker. |
